  • Defect Triage & Analysis: Primary technical investigator for critical production issues (billing refunds, user permissions), performing root cause analysis before escalating to Engineering.
  • Support Dashboard: Built an internal Application Support Dashboard (TypeScript/JavaScript) that tracks live ticket data and surfaces recurring failure patterns across application, database, login and API issues.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborated with the dev team on recurring "user error" tickets and proposed UI fixes that cut support ticket volume by 15%.
  • Test Data Management: Managed user roles and test data creation for UAT during new release cycles.
